GROUP FITNESS

Our two thousand square foot exercise room features a superbly cushioned hardwood floor and is fully air-conditioned. Our top of the line sound system provides amazing sound quality for all group fitness classes.  All group fitness classes are included in most memberships at no extra charge.

**If the ACSU school district is closed due to inclement weather, all group classes are automatically canceled.  If there is a delay, only group classes during the delay are canceled.

This inspiring music-driven stationary cycling class utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences.

TABATA SPIN

Tabata Spin is a high-intensity strength and cardiovascular training class that will utilize a variety of exercises in Tabata intervals to increase your aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity and resting metabolic rate

GENTLE YOGA

A physical and spiritual class dedicated to improving strength and flexibility while reducing stress by utilizing a variety of yoga styles. Taught by the very experienced instructors of the Green Mountain School of Yoga.

RING PILATES

Fire up your core and glutes way with the Pilates ring. In this 45-minute class, you’ll use this resistance prop between your ankles, thighs, arms, and hands for a fiery strength-building workout.

Forever Young
FOREVER FIT 

Warm up in the multi-purpose room then begin a variety of exercises incorporating floor aerobics, weights flexibility and balance. Finish with a long relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the “mature” population or those just beginning an exercise program.

AQUA AEROBICS

A fabulous non-impact class in our body soothing 83 degree Olympic pool! A great class for all fitness levels and those recovering from injuries. The class is great for arthritis and adheres to the guidelines of the American Arthritis Foundation.

Body Flex
BODY FLEX 

A complete workout targeting all major muscle groups using hand weights and resistaballs. The emphasis is on a smaller number of repetitions with a choice of increasingly heavy weights, to build bone density and strength. Beginners are always welcome.

Using your body weight as natural resistance, there is  no choreography to learn as you move to strengthen your muscles, increase your stamina, and get flexibility training in one class.

Body Pump
POWER PUMP 

This hour-long weight lifting class takes place in a group fitness studio with an instructor at the front of the class demonstrating movements and form while performing the reps with you.  Beginners are always welcome.
