After a cardio warm-up, this class moves into a full-body workout designed to challenge and strengthen you from head to toe. Every week brings something new, with workouts that may focus on specific muscle groups such as triceps, abs, glutes, and more — keeping classes fresh, fun, and effective for all fitness levels. Class may also incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, and gliders to add variety and enhance the workout.
