FOREVER YOUNG FITNESS
Warm up in the multi-purpose room, strength train, then finish your workout in the multi-purpose room with a relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the “mature” population or those just beginning an exercise program.
A fabulous non-impact class in our body soothing 83 degree Olympic pool! A great class for all fitness levels and those recovering from injuries. The class is great for arthritis and adheres to the guidelines of the American Arthritis Foundation.
A physical and spiritual class dedicated to improving strength and flexibility and reducing stress, while utilizing a variety of yoga styles.
Pilates uses the abdomen, lower back and buttocks as a power center, enabling the rest of the body to move freely, thus emphasizing body alignment while incorporating correct breathing. Through a series of controlled exercises performed with great concentration, all muscle groups are lengthened and strengthened; which leaves you feeling invigorated and “lifted”.
