
A physical and spiritual class dedicated to improving strength and flexibility while reducing stress by utilizing a variety of yoga styles. Taught by the very experienced instructors of the Green Mountain School of Yoga.
Warm up in the multi-purpose room then begin a variety of exercises incorporating floor aerobics, weights flexibility and balance. Finish with a long relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the “mature” population or those just beginning an exercise program.
This hour-long weight lifting class takes place in a group fitness studio with an instructor at the front of the class demonstrating movements and form while performing the reps with you. Beginners are always welcome.
Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30pm Power Sculpt: Blends heart-pumping bursts of dance cardio with powerful strength training, followed by a specialized toning segment

Wednesdays, 4:15 – 5pm Cardio Sculpt: High-energy dance cardio, followed by strength training
This class combines strength training off the bike and spinning in one class.
A complete workout targeting all major muscle groups using hand weights and resistaballs. The emphasis is on a smaller number of repetitions with a choice of increasingly heavy weights, to build bone density and strength. Beginners are always welcome.
