Saturdays, 8:00 – 8:30am Stretch: Increase flexibility and relieve soreness in this dance-based restorative class.
Saturdays, 8:30 – 9:00am Cardio Sculpt: High-energy dance cardio, followed by strength training
A complete workout targeting all major muscle groups using hand weights and resistaballs. The emphasis is on a smaller number of repetitions with a choice of increasingly heavy weights, to build bone density and strength. Beginners are always welcome.
Mondays, 8:15 – 8:45am Cardio: Thirty minutes of high-energy dance cardio

Warm up in the multi-purpose room then begin a variety of exercises incorporating floor aerobics, weights flexibility and balance. Finish with a long relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the “mature” population or those just beginning an exercise program.
