Warm up in the multi-purpose room then begin a variety of exercises incorporating floor aerobics, weights flexibility and balance. Finish with a long relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the “mature” population or those just beginning an exercise program.
This hour-long weight lifting class takes place in a group fitness studio with an instructor at the front of the class demonstrating movements and form while performing the reps with you. Beginners are always welcome. Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30pm Power Sculpt: Blends heart-pumping bursts of dance cardio with powerful strength training, followed by a specialized toning segment |
