This class combines strength training off the bike and spinning in one class.
A complete workout targeting all major muscle groups using hand weights and resistaballs. The emphasis is on a smaller number of repetitions with a choice of increasingly heavy weights, to build bone density and strength. Beginners are always welcome.
After a cardio warm-up, this class moves into a full-body workout designed to challenge and strengthen you from head to toe. This hour-long weight lifting class takes place in a group fitness studio with an instructor at the front of the class demonstrating movements and form while performing the reps with you. Beginners are always welcome.

A fabulous non-impact class in our body soothing 83 degree Olympic pool! A great class for all fitness levels and those recovering from injuries. The arthritis aqua class is similar to the aqua aerobic but adheres to the guidelines of the American Arthritis Foundation.
Saturdays, 8:00 – 8:30am Stretch: Increase flexibility and relieve soreness in this dance-based restorative class.
